About SDG Bootcamp

The SDG Bootcamp for Changemakers is a first-of-its-kind entrepreneurship bootcamp codesigned by DEMO and UNDP Pakistan, that select social entrepreneurs working on the achievement of SDGs from across Pakistan.

During the course of 4 days, participants are taken  through a series of hands on targeted sessions led by mentors on topics including Marketing & Branding, Financial Modeling, Pitching, Impact Assessment and Adaptive leadership to amplify the impact and outreach of their social ventures

National SDG Bootcamp

A 4-day accelerated bootcamp for social entrepreneurs and changemakers in which they will be taken through a series of extensive workshops to enhance their social venture impact and outreach.

The SDG Changemakers Summit

The SDG Summit For Changemakers will be a national dialogue event which is linked to the bootcamp aims to connect bootcamp participants with experts from both the public and private sectors to foster cooperation and build a supportive environment for social entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

Regional Springboard Program

The final winner will be enrolled in a 3-month online program which will focus on empowering social entrepreneurs to establish a strong brand and to be better prepared for the regional summit.

Youth Co:Lab Summit in Hanoi, Viet Nam

The finalist will have the chance to participate in the regional competition & will get an opportunity to learn and engage in key trends that are shaping the youth entrepreneurship ecosystem such as 4IR, SDGs and social innovation, Entrepreneurship Education, Digitalization and Financial Inclusion, Role of Incubators etc.

Why should I participate in National SDG Bootcamp?
This bootcamp will tremendously help you accelerate the impact of your social ventures and activities with customised training and mentorship support. We have planned an amazing lineup of hands-on workshops by the top industry experts for you. You will gain knowledge and first-hand experience with the entrepreneurial process which will prepare you to adapt to the challenges of an ever-changing world.
Where will this bootcamp take place?
National SDG bootcamp will take place in Islamabad followed by a national dialogue event “SDG Changemakers Summit on the 5th day. Venues will be disclosed to the shortlisted participants only.
Who will bear the cost of travel?
Please note that you will have to come to Islamabad for the bootcamp and manage your stay on your own. DEMO will not be responsible for any costs associated with lodging and traveling to Islamabad. We will, however, provide you with a Rs. 5000 stipend for intercity travel and meals apart from the ones during the bootcamp hours.
How much time commitment is required for this bootcamp?
It is going to be a 4-day bootcamp followed by a national dialogue event “SDG Changemakers Summit on the 5th day. It is mandatory for participants to be present on all 4 days from 10 AM to 4 PM and also for the entire duration of the dialogue event.
